Refund Policy

If you are no longer able to make your escape room booking, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone call at +6018-7749139 as soon as possible.

1. Cancellations / Rescheduling Requests (More than 24 hours before the scheduled session)
We will assist with one of the following options at no extra cost:

Reschedule to a new session (subject to availability), OR

Cancel the session and issue a full refund.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations / Rescheduling Requests (Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session)
No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

3. No Shows / Late Arrivals
No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for no shows or late arrivals.

4. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card, e-wallet).

Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
